We had club lounge access. Melissa and Marian were amazing! Room was excellent. Only 2 things missing was turn down service we hit and miss and it would have so nice to get a tour or at least know where everything is at start of our stay. Overally really enjoyed our stay and would come back one day. Oman is a beautiful and peaceful country.
This hotel is really great. Amazing pools and gym. Restaurants, outside and in. The service is really amazing. Friendly, clean.. high standards. The breakfast is perfect. All the right items, variation, good coffee and great staff. Special thanks to Abdul Hameed and his colleagues. Thanks you for your kind service.
