After reading a lot of negative reviews I was worried, but shouldn’t have been. Air con works fine, even when 36 degrees outside, room was spotless and up to a high standard, and front desk very helpful. Highly recommended

Best location near the lake and great views , our room #7115 with lake view was wonderful. We stayed 6 nights. We booked two nights first but after we saw how great the experience was we booked the remaining Nanjing days for another 4 nights . The only part that wasn’t the best is we only got salts for the first night and housekeeping never restocked for any other days and we did have our rooms cleaned each day but weird they clearly saw we used them and never restocked , which was the only disappointment and docked one star for this but otherwise would be 5 star , oh and please wash the windows so the view can be seen more clearly:)

We stayed 3 nights from 7 to 9 March on level 56 and 63. The hotel is massive, towering over multiple floors, offering a clear view of Nanjing city. However, accessing the guest rooms is inconvenient as guests must switch elevators on the 45th floor every time. Additionally, reaching the rooms requires a long walk, which is not ideal for elderly guests. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, but the air conditioning is ineffective and cannot be adjusted. It gets especially hot and sweat at night. The worst when direct sunlight enters the room. This issue was not limited to just one room—we stayed in two, and both had the same problem. We booked a 5-star hotel expecting comfortable beds, but that was not the case. Every bed had a sunken center, as if they had been used for a long time, making them uneven and uncomfortable. Even after requesting a room change, the issue remained the same. When booking, we assumed the hotel was located near the city’s business district, but it turned out to be farther from shopping areas than expected.
