InterContinental New York Times Square by IHG

I was recently at the Intercontinental Times Square hotel for the first time, my husband and I had a wonderful stay, the service at the bell doors, Mike was very helpful and kind, our checking was smooth and our room very spacious and clean. The hotel location is amazing, close to everything. We were there for 4 nights, and we enjoyed the lounge called Stinger Bar, Eddie Spaghetti, who was our server, whom made us feel very special every night, he introduced himself always the same way; Good evening, welcome to the Stinger, I am Eddie Spaghetti, your server, and he always recommends good drinks and food, but what we loved was his smile, kindness, trying to call our names daily, and she told us: "I am very good for faces, unfortunately, not for names anymore", he wrote in a piece of paper our last name for memorize, we felt so special. We are also grateful for Paul, the bartender, who made our drinks. We will definitely go back. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and smiles from all employees. Thanks.

An absolute treasure of a hotel! Everything in this hotel is top notch! The part of the stay that really took our trip from excellent to extravagant was The Stinger Bar! We stopped there for a quick bite and some drinks before heading out to explore the city. While the food and drinks were exceptional, the service from Eduardo really took the experience from a 10 to a 100! He was one of the most personable people I ever talked to during my visit, and the passion he exuded in his service made everything warm and memorable. You won't find a better hotel anywhere in NYC quite like this. From the service at the hotel to Eduardo's dedication to providing an excellent experience, I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in New York.
