InterContinental Nha Trang by IHG

I stayed at Nha Trang Intercontinental for a near 10-day vacation, so I got to experience nearly all types of services, from in-room dining to laundry, pool/drinks service, golf simulation, everyday taxi services, and check in/check out. Everything and every staff was excellent! The building and my ocean-view room were gorgeous and incredibly well-maintained. The room has lots of wood paneling (inside the closet too), and a lovely balcony. The bathroom's tile were exceptionally clean, and the water pressure was really strong! Every little thing that I needed when I first arrived, such as asking for an adapter or beach towels, was delivered within 5-10 minutes. The staff always answered the phone immediately. Similarly, in-room dining service and alcohol were good and again, very quickly delivered. The staff over at the pool was lovely, very responsive to service. Laundry service was done meticulously, to the point where if I miscounted an item, they would come back and double check with me before proceeding with laundry. Everyday when we need a taxi, the bellmen at the lobby always helped call the taxi for us, and the car comes very quickly also! Breakfast and the cocktail bar in the hotel had really good service as well. Finally, check in/check out were efficient, and the staff were lovely always. Overall, the service at the hotel was efficient and top-notch. All the staff were incredibly kind, nice, lovely, and spoke incredible English! I miss my stay already.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Housekeeping did an exceptional job every day—everything was spotless, well-organized, and refreshed with thoughtful details like clean towels, bottled water, and amenities. The room always had a fresh, welcoming scent, making it a joy to come back to after exploring the city. The hotel’s location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s situated right near the heart of the city, within walking distance to popular attractions, great restaurants, and shopping spots. Despite its central location, the hotel offered a quiet and relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. All in all, I had an excellent experience and truly felt at home. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and will gladly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip here!

Excellent hotel with a real 5 stars rating. We have been here 4 times and it's always worth the price. Superb service (especially the club rooms with lounge access) and very delicious food. The breakfast buffet is a must! The pool on the 2nd floor is great, but I'd go back to the old system where the upper pool was for adults only. Kids will be kids, and the 2 level climb/jump is very tempting for them. Add parents not paying attention and accidents will happen....
