My husband and I spent 6 nights here, late July 2025. It was absolutely amazing. We were made to feel a part of the family. The attention to our needs, friendliness of staff and care (especially in the Club Lounge) was something we have never experienced before. Thank you to all the staff in particular Liam and Keri for making our staff the best one ever. We will be back 😊
A very pleasant experience. Intercontinental Osaka is a very popular staycation spot for locals and tourists. The service is excellent from the moment you step in from the entrance. Our luggage was sent to the room by the time the room is ready. Club lounge food and beverage quality is high, service is exceptional. Not to mention their guest recognition is one of the highlights during the stay, staff will always try their best to remember your name during the stay. Would come back!
Lovely hotel. I would come back and stay any time. When we entered the hotel i was seduced by the beautiful scent wafting through the entrance and lobby. The service was exceptional and the room was lovely, impeccably clean and loved the japanese tea provisions. The mini bar was very well stocked and with quality wines. One small heads up, dinner service finishes early 8:30. It’s a bit early IMHO, 9:30 would be better.
