InterContinental Paris Champs Elysées Etoile an IHG Hotel

We came for an extended weekend break to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a surprise treat in the room- balloons, chocolates and champagne to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The bed was extremely comfortable. The housekeeping team made the bed twice a day and replenished water and Nespresso coffee pods. Breakfast was good as well. We enjoyed made to order cooked breakfast but there was also a selection of continental breakfast.

From the moment we stepped in, we felt warmly welcomed by the hotel team. The location is absolutely strategic, making it convenient to explore the city. Our room was superb—comfortable, well-appointed, and spotless. Breakfast was a highlight, with high-quality food and a great selection. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional, especially Amine, who went above and beyond to assist us. We feel lucky to have chosen Intercontinental Champs-Elysées Etoile. Kudos to the entire team for making our stay memorable!

Thanks to your help, we were able to book skip-the-line tours for both the Louvre Museum and the Eiffel Tower, which saved us so much time and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. These tours are an absolute must — and having the concierge arrange them for us was incredibly convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées, yet peaceful and relaxing. We’re grateful for such a memorable experience and would love to return soon.
