Big hotel with several restaurants and a nice looking bar. Park-facing room on a high floor allowed us amazing views of the city. Room size was good for a standard king. It can be a little tricky getting to the hotel entrance as there are a number of one-way streets and when walking Google Maps brought me to the back of the hotel where there is no entrance through the wall.
Stayed in this nice and clean updated room with a view in a great area of Polanco.. Service by all staff was excellent , especially concierge! Andros and Leonel were awesome!! They were efficient in making many dinner and show reservations for me and my family. They also helped me with airline reservations. They went beyond what I expected. Great stay and I definitely recommend this hotel.
I stayed for 5 nights in month of April 2025. Positives 1. Very good location 2. Comfortable bed and shower. Negatives 1. Not worth 350 usd a night by any measure. 2. the internet speed is limited. If one tries to download a bg file ( I was trying to download microsift offcice) - the hotel internet does not allow its download. 3. The breakfast is good but the waiters at breakfast are extremely irritating. They are crazy for getting a tip somehow or the other.Even if one has paid for the breakfast, one must sign a receipt for 480 pesos and the main idea is to extract tip from one. 4. the rooms have no privacy between each other. One can hear the neighbour doing each and everything in his room. After paying 350 usd a night, one deserves more privacy. 5. the gym was limited unlike the gym at other 5 star hotels in the city. I do not recommedn it for 350 usd a night.
