New property in the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel Chain in Mexico Incredible property, beautiful decor, modern yet tasteful. Service is world class. Best Hotel in Monterrey by far.
The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. They did not overlook any details with the property. However, the big miss is the poor AC system throughout the property in a city as hot as Monterrey. Room and all areas in the hotel feel uncomfortably warm, almost humid, making it unpleasant.
Not ready to open & operate Still under construction Not have hot water on upper floors Aircontioning is not working, need to sleep 17,5 C Room are not cleaned until 5-6PM Good intention from all team but not ready to operate
