Excellent stay with the family (inc two young kids); staff were ever so attentive and helpful. Breakfast was very good and the location of course is perfect! We will return!
Hotel is clean, and their buffet breakfast is so good having a good view of the bay.
Disastrous experience at the IHG hotel. The first room we have been given to was full of cigarette smell, we then asked to move to a new room which was fine, until the second night, when we came back to the room the smell of sewage was unbearable, we had to ask to be changed to another room one more time! On top of our experience, the hotel really needs a serious freshen up or deep renovation, everything from the lobby to the rooms look and feel like a 1990’s hotel. A big disappointment for Intercontinental brand…
