Wonderful Experience! I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were all very kind, and the room was clean, comfortable, and offered a stunning view. Fred at the reception stood out—always smiling, incredibly friendly, and genuinely helpful. He made us feel right at home. The service overall was impressive, and the hotel is conveniently located for my needs. I highly recommend it!

I had a great stay at the hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful and welcoming. I’d like to especially highlight the valet service — the person handling the parking was extremely professional, kind, and efficient. It really made our experience smoother and more pleasant. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The only point that I believe could be improved is the hotel’s policy regarding the sauna, jacuzzi, and cold jacuzzi. Teenagers under 16 are not allowed to use these facilities, even though, according to hotel policy, anyone 14 and older is charged as an adult. It doesn’t quite make sense that they’re considered adults for pricing but not for access to amenities. It would be great if the hotel could review this rule in the future. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely return. Thank you to the whole team for the great service!

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. Food was great, fresh and many choices for breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. Pool was clean, beach was clean. Dining at The Fish Restaurant was a nice experience. Overall we had a great time staying at the hotel. Added bonus is they have Dollar Car Rental at the hotel, so made hiring the car we had very easy with friendly helpful staff. Car park had plenty of spaces. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only improvements I would say are the bathrooms could do with a refresh, our shower didn’t work properly, you couldn’t fully switch between the fix ceiling shower head and the hand shower head, but for us, it was nothing to complain about at the time, but I can see other people may have an issue with this. Also check the bed side cabinet light wiring, could be potentially hazard for electrocution. But overall, great hotel to stay in, excellent location. Ricky Yau
