As an IHG member and a frequent guest at InterContinental hotels, I must say this stay exceeded all expectations. Every detail reflected a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. From the thoughtful touch of the room service attendant, Anne—who surprised me with a beautiful bookmark and a heartfelt note in my book—to the warm hospitality at the restaurant, where Pone made each breakfast feel like a cherished meal with family. The entire team at the reception, along with the doormen, were welcoming and exceptional. Their attentiveness made me feel truly valued throughout my stay. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished—comfortable, elegant, and perfect in every way. I genuinely enjoyed every moment and felt at home from start to finish. Without a doubt, InterContinental Dubai Business Bay has become my go-to hotel whenever I visit the city. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.

From the moment I checked in until the moment I checked out, the welcoming and hospitality were exceptional. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, and the location was great—though a bit tricky to find at first. I really appreciated the generous space of the room and the beautiful view, as well as the excellent facilities provided. The room service food was also very nice. While bottled water wasn’t provided in the room (only filtered water), they were happy to bring it when I ordered. Overall, a wonderful stay that I would happily recommend.

Our stay in Intercontinental is the best! The staff are very caring and accommodating. They truly made our stay relaxing and fun. The rooms are clean and elegant. The view is world class. Their kids club is very interesting and entertaining. Our kids had so much fun, all thanks to Jinky.
