InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace

Intercontinental Rome is definitely one of the best hotel that I have ever stayed, with full of courtesy and generosity. The way they handle relationship with guest are... what can I say ? Simply exceptional. Every issue you raised will be solved lightning fast, with world-class efficiency and surely make you fully satisfied. Regarding to the rooms, the suite is beautifully designed and amenities are excellent. Complimentary drinks and snacks are at very high quality, and the view from our room was great. Staff are very helpful and would bring you a even-better-than-home feeling. All in all, Intercontinental Rome is a property that deserves highest compliment and truly stays to the reputation of IHG brand.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and were blown away by the experience! A sweet honeymoon dessert and personal note were waiting for us in our room, which was such a thoughtful welcome! The entire hotel was spotless, felt luxurious, and had excellent AC in our room (a huge plus in mid-July). The location couldn’t have been better (we walked everywhere). Our stay also included free made-to-order breakfast every morning, which was a great way to start each day. The staff were fantastic, from the friendly bellman with great local tips to the helpful concierge and front desk. Highly recommend for a romantic, comfortable, and upscale stay in Rome!

The hotel has many strengths: the location is excellent, check-in was kindly offered earlier than expected, and housekeeping service was provided twice a day, which I really appreciated. However, the bathroom cleanliness was disappointing. The shower floor and drainage areas had visible grime and mold, which felt unacceptable for a 5-star InterContinental property. I hope hygiene and maintenance standards are more carefully managed in the future.
