Right from the start, Ramsey and Maria made us feel beyond welcomed. Garret at the bar was amazing as well! Service in general was extremely fast, hospitable, and great quality. Spending a few weeks in SD, Ramsey was more than happy to help us unload a ton of stuff and move it to our room. Maria was able to find a wonderful room that accommodated us and our service dog. We can’t wait to be back just to see the service staff!

Of all the hotels I stay in, this one belongs to the top five. What an amazing Place, with fantastic staff, beautiful rooms with a stunning view, a delicious breakfast and again, fantastic, helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is great. The bathroom is big enough and had everything you need. The rooms are spacious and a real home away from home. Downside for me personally is that even after switching off the AC, I still hear this zooming noise of the central building system in my room, but thanks to my earplugs I still had two restful nights and I slept like a baby.

Arrived at 3:30 PM, and while the bellman promptly collected our luggage, we were informed there would be a considerable delay in delivering it to our room. At the front desk, there was no designated priority line for elite status guests, which meant an extended wait just to check in. By 4:30 PM, we were still without a room and had received no update on its availability. After a long flight and traveling with an infant, not having our room ready well past the standard check-in time was deeply disappointing and added unnecessary stress to our arrival.
