InterContinental San Francisco by IHG

Our stay at this location was outstanding. This is definitely the better Incontinental between the two downtown. (We stayed at both during our trip.) We booked a corner King room for 2 nights, and the views were great with the amazing floor-to-ceiling windows and the electronically-controlled shades/blackout curtains! The bed was so comfortable that we spent the rest of our trip thinking about it as we traveled around the Bay area. Location was great - close to shopping, restaurants, and tourist destinations. The entire staff was professional and very accommodating. We ordered some extra pillows to the room, and they came within minutes! Room service was spot on. The hotel bartender made a delicious Lemon Drop martini. Will stay here again next time we are in San Francisco. :)

Definitely exceeded expectations in terms of friendliness and accommodation. Recommend the club lounge for breakfast and other extras included. They had a nice selection! Room had a pretty big bathroom. Immediate area feels safe/clean. Overall great experience for the price. Would stay again without hesitation.

This hotel was a delightful experience the minute we walked in the door! We were greeted with smiling faces and hospitality! The rooms were beautiful and the beds were cozy and comfortable. We loved the location.Our biggest take though was the joyful and helpful staff! Especially the kind gentleman at the front entrance.We have stayed at many hotels in the city but this is the best and will be our new go to when we come back again.
