First time at the Intercontinental Las Condes after being switched from a nearby hotel by our company. The change turned out to be a surprising improvement. Great overall, lots of amenities and a very friendly staff. At the lounge we were greeted by Catalina and later by Valentina. They were amazing, same with Vicente, Paulina, and Jimena at the restaurant. What a great staff!

I loved my experience here at InterContinental Santiago. The staff were incredibly kind. The food at breakfast and at the lounge were absolutely fantastic, I felt as if I had paid to gone to a Michelin starred restaurant. Everything was incredibly flavorful, rich, and delicious. I would recommend anyone looking for the best possible experience in Santiago, to stay here. ❤️🙏🏼 Special thanks to Valentina Martinez for making my stay absolutely amazing. She was very kind and incredibly hard working. I hope she gets a raise!

The Breakfast Buffet and Executive Lounge were an absolute highlight! It’s not just well-stocked—it’s a culinary haven, offering an impressive variety of high-quality food options every single day. As a vegan, I was thrilled with how effortlessly they accommodated my dietary needs, providing delicious, thoughtfully prepared plant-based options without hesitation. Beyond the food and service, the facilities are top-tier. The pool, gym, and spa are all five-star quality, meticulously maintained, and offering a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury.
