Overall, it was an amazing stay. First, the staff at check-in, in the ClubLounge, at breakfast, and in the gym were all very helpful and friendly. Second, the room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. Third, the Club Lounge has a nice array of foods and drinks with very attentive staff. Four, the gym was quite large with a range of both strength and cardio equipment. Lastly, it was nicely located with many shops and restaurants nearby.
Average experience in all terms. Would expect more, especially for a luxury property. During our stay it was impossible to book a buffet lunch. SPA and swimming pool need renovation.
Very nice hotel with everything expected from a high star intercontinental, breakfasts are good and has a wide selection of Asian and European foods. 30 min walk to main shopping street and 8 mins walk to metro.
