This hotel truly exceeded all expectations and offered one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the exceptional hospitality was evident — every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and cared for. The location is simply unbeatable, right in front of the beach, offering stunning views that make waking up each morning a joy. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, with every detail carefully thought out to provide comfort and luxury. The breathtaking view from the balcony was the highlight, perfect for enjoying the calming sounds of the ocean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, catering to all my needs and more. Whether you wanted to relax by the pool, enjoy a spa treatment, or simply unwind with a good book by the beach, this place had it all. The breakfast deserves special praise — an impressive spread with fresh, high-quality options that catered to all tastes. From fresh fruits and pastries to hearty hot dishes, every bite was delicious. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. This was truly one of the best stays I’ve ever had, and I can’t wait to return.

Intercontinental Hotel, Dameisha Beach, Shenzhen I recently stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel, and my experience was outstanding. Front Desk Staff: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The front desk staff were exceptional—brilliant and incredibly kind. They fulfilled all my special requests with ease and a smile, making my check-in seamless. Restaurant Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Italian restaurant's male staff also impressed me with their level of service. Their attentiveness and warmth were truly remarkable. Location: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The hotel's location by Dameisha Beach is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. Price: While the hotel is on the higher end, I believe the quality of service and experience justifies it. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was stunning; however, I hope the hotel will consider adding a halal menu in the future. Overall Recommendation: I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.

Pros : - Great hôtel architecture - Great room view - Very quiet - Hotel is super spacious - Many facilities available for kids - Impressive lobby Cons : - Rooms are far from 5 star level : shower is basic, bed is big but ok, sofas aren't super comfy etc, the room feels a bit small considering the size of the hotel. Toilet paper super thin and cheap. - Service is subpar. Maybe language barrier. Waited 40 min to check in. Personnel not super polite when replying. - The food is absolutely terrible in their restaurant : breakfast tastes like paper and food is tasteless + super expensive. Go eat outside. - Hotel facilities could be more modern. Everything feels 15 years in the past, altho "OK" I guess. - Some facilities are paid that should not be. Feels weird to be charged for absolutely everything in a 5 star place where the premium has already been accounted for. - Bad wifi speed. Prob 10-15 mbs, worse at night. Not suitable for demanding work stuff + VPN will divide that speed by at least half.
