Amazing experience at the Intercontinental Singapore. As an annual club lounge member I had the greatest check in experience in the club lounge and received a complimentary upgrade as well! The staff here are all amazing and the food is great as well. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Singapore!
Elegant, Attentive, and Perfectly Located! My stay at InterContinental Singapore Bugis was flawless. From the warm hospitality by Sean and Harry in the Club Lounge to Hai Long’s meticulous care in the King Junior Suite, every detail was thoughtfully executed. The staff were consistently attentive, professional, and welcoming. The room was modern yet luxurious - contemporary in style and extremely comfortable. The Club Lounge offered a tranquil retreat with beautifully curated food and beverages throughout the day. The location is unbeatable: steps from Bugis cafés, shops, and Kampong Glam. Top attractions like Gardens by the Bay and Marina Bay Sands are just a short MRT ride away, and even a taxi to MacRitchie’s TreeTop Walk was just S$15. Highly recommend for travelers seeking a refined stay in the heart of Singapore.
Had a pleasant stay over the weekend and the room is real good especially the bed. Was taken aback when told there was no complimentary parking, however, was assisted by the concierge team, especially Mr Nizam, who managed to get me a parking lot for my stay. Seamless check in and out (managed to have a late check out). Great thanks to the whole team for the wonderful experience.
