Did a last minute booking, did not have high expectations, but it did meet my high expectations. The service was very pleasant. The rooms were small but they were just what we needed as a place to spend the night. Everything in the mini fridge was complimentary! Breakfast had a good variety. Checkout time was reasonable 11am, and Breakfast ended at 12pm so i didnt have to wake up early and rush for breakfast. I will definitely be coming back again in the future.

A Perfect Stay! Exceptional Service and Relaxing Atmosphere From the moment I made my reservation over the phone, I knew I was in good hands. The booking process was seamless, the staff member was incredibly helpful, addressed all my requests, and secured a room with a bath just as I wanted. Checkin was smooth and informative, setting the tone for a perfect 2-day getaway. Gracy at the reception was especially helpful, offering wonderful recommendations for things to do around Sorrento and Portsea, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The Aurora Spa, conveniently located right next door, was a highlight of the trip. The service was outstanding, and I highly recommend booking your treatment before check-in to avoid missing out it’s truly worth it! The hotel room had everything I needed: a well-stocked minibar, streaming services, and a friendly housekeeping team that made me feel right at home. A small but memorable moment that really showed the level of care. I accidentally brought a glass of red wine to the pool deck, and a very friendly staff member kindly switched it to a pool-safe glass. Without me even saying my room number, someone had already taken care of it and brought a new glass straight to my door. That level of attentiveness and kindness is simply unbelievable. All in all, this hotel delivers top-tier service, thoughtful details, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be returning.

The hotel set up is like a maze. Room & service are awesome. Aurora Spa & Bathhouse is a must to relax & rejuvenate even if you are not staying at this hotel. The food from Conti Bar is awesome aside from the Buffalo Wings which are a bit plain for me even they are served with 4 type of different dipping sauces. Buffets breakfast options are little limited for 5 stars hotel. The sour dough bread is hard & bacon tasted like overnight cooked & reheated in the morning. Eggs your way cooked by chef is the highlight of the buffet breakfast.
