InterContinental São Paulo by IHG

I really really liked this hotel! Staff are incredibly friendly and the location is prime. Highly recommend getting access to the club lounge, as they have a large buffet for breakfast and dinner, with free drinks for happy hour. I actually saved money by getting some drinks there. My only negative, is that this hotel is ready to be updated and refurbished. I saw lots of old stained carpet in the halls, chipped paint and wall scuffs in my room during my visit. The pool area, while quiet also looks tired and worn. That being said, I 100% would come back during my next visit to São Paulo.

Service is amazing- great coffee and food. Nice gym. Very close to MASP, malls, lots of great restaurants, super clean and safe neighborhood.

Great location, rooms are wonderful. Order a drink from Chelo in the bar - excellent!! I give it 4 stars overall - booked 5 rooms, one had a leaking tub, one had air conditioning that didn’t work, and we were surprised by the fact that I was charged for breakfast. Had we known, there are so many places in the area for a nice breakfast at less than half the price. But no mention of a charge at check in, no mention when going into the buffet. Overall, service has been good, people here were accommodating at front desk, bar and restaurant, and you can’t beat the location.
