One of my favourite stays! Spa with this kind of view-I have never experienced! Wow! Rooms was comfy and clean! Bathroom was completely comfortable with anything you need. Breakfast was so delicious and stuff was so helpful! We could just enjoy our breakfast. Our flight was late evening so after we checked out, we could leave our bags and enjoy city 🏙️ Location was so good that you could get anywhere you need easily 🤩
We stayed at the InterContinental Warsaw as a family of four in two connecting rooms, and our experience was perfect. We were fortunate to have large and spacious rooms on the 28th floor (out of more than 40), and they were perfectly equipped with every detail, even including a wireless charger. The hotel's excellent location and the stunning views were a major highlight. We also really enjoyed the top-notch amenities, especially the pool (should be booked in advance) and fitness center. The breakfast was amazing, a true highlight of our stay. There was a fantastic variety, including delicious omelettes made on-site, a wide selection of fine breads, salads, cheeses, cold cuts, fish, fresh and dried fruits, cakes, freshly squeezed juices and other delicious treats. Overall, we found the hotel to be a luxurious and convenient choice right in the heart of Warsaw. We had a wonderful time, and our personal experience was overwhelmingly positive.
I recently stayed at the InterContinental Warsaw and had a stay with both positive and disappointing elements. On the positive side, the room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-appointed. The staff were polite and helpful when it came to storing luggage and checking in. Also worth highlighting is the breakfast: a warm, welcoming atmosphere with music, and the taste of many traditional Polish breakfast dishes brought back cherished childhood memories. The gym features modern equipment and well-maintained facilities, with effective air conditioning throughout. The pool area, however, was extremely crowded during my visit, which made it difficult to enjoy. The disappointing part of the stay was initially related to the room assignment. At check-in, I was informed I had received a different room: instead of the high-floor room with a palace view I had booked, I was given a high-floor room with Club Lounge access but a less striking view. However, the room key didn’t grant access to the lounge. Upon returning to reception, I was told lounge access wasn’t actually included unless I paid an additional fee. This left me confused and somewhat misled, as the communication around the “upgrade” was unclear. That said, the hotel went above and beyond to make up for the earlier miscommunication. I felt that my concerns were taken seriously, and their response showed genuine care for guest satisfaction. Overall, while there were initial shortcomings in service consistency and clarity, the hotel’s thoughtful follow-up left a positive impression.
