This is a very good hotel, especially for the price. Staff is very friendly with good English. Only ate in two of the restaurants, but meals were good. Fitness center has enough things to keep you occupied. Breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommend staying here whilst in Wuxi.
They turn up the central heat in the entire building and then disable cooling in the room so my room is stuck at a excessively warm 77 degrees (25 Celsius). Really unacceptable to assume that everyone likes a warm room. Because of this, I would be unlikely to stay here again as it's just not comfortable for my wife and I. Rooms themselves are pretty standard. Service is quite good for a hotel in China. The Club lounge is nice as well. Also close to Nanchang Road which has a lot of stores, shops, etc.
