Staff here go above and beyond. Beautiful clean and noise free rooms.
Good place. But service is very bad. From 10:00 till 14:00 you couldn’t even have coffee. All staff don’t know English.
The location is good, the rooms are good, and the service is very good. However, the disadvantage is that you have to use the elevator to get to the guest room. It is probably due to fire safety reasons. The front desk told me that there are no smoking rooms, and all rooms are non-smoking. However, the smell of smoke wafts in the corridors on the floor I live on. There are tenants who do not abide by the no-smoking rules in the rooms. However, we who follow the rules have to go to the elevator to smoke outside in the cold wind. It takes 20 minutes to go there. It is better to open the smoking room generously. The breakfast has not changed much for three days. Although the room and service are good, I only give 3 stars. It feels not even better than Holiday INN under IHG.
