Great location and view from terrace on the 15th floor. Friendly personnel. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not equal to 4* hotel. If its hot outside you cannot get easily fresh air in the room and there is no AC. Don`t expect 4* quality at this place (maybe at the time when it was built few decades ago).
Soooooo... The rooms were good for people who go in groups. The bathroom was clean, the toilet too, the cleaning lady did an amazing job and up on arrival everything was good. But there was one horrible thing that's very important to know: the food was unimaginably bad. There was no variation (it was always the same: patatoes, some meat that was supposed to be pork but I tasted so bad and for vegetarians it was always the same salad and rice). The hotel also included a "play Hall" with many possibilities and the pool has a slide and a normal pool. The hotel gets a 3/5 but if it was possible a 2,5/5.
How come this is a 4 star hotel !! It can be maximum a 2 star hotel. Stayed in room 401, all the furnitures are old. There is no tea cattle, tea, coffee in the room. If u want to drink something u need to come down to reception and ask for it. Breakfast option was a joke. We were told breakfast from 8-10:30, we went there 10:05 and almost all the trays were empty. No on was refilling them. Breakfast has very limited option as well. No desert at all. Parking cost us 15pln/night Overall it was one of the worst experience. Avoid this place at any cost.
