Had a package including medical procedures. Rooms - had the simplest one, everything was ok, design is fine. Cleaning worked very well Food - we had a half board, breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was good, ingredients, variety, relatively tasty. But there was a huge problem - it was practically the same and it's really a problem to have 14 same breakfasts. Dinner, however, had much more variety, so it was ok. Spa - was good all in all. There are 2 pools. The inner pool is 25 meters long which is really good. The biggest problem we had was a medical procedures. Very unfortunately is was organized not good enough. Doctor doesn't know what is included, prescribes something, then changes without asking, as a result you have no idea why you get this and not that. The practical part, procedures themselves, is however good, everything works, you don't wait and the personal is attentive, everything is clean and again attentive. I would recommend to consider not taking package, it works rather not good, but buying the procedures you believe you want and need. It might be also cheaper. All in all it was rather positive experience

The hotel was nice, and the breakfast was really good. The pool was great too. The spa is a bit small, but it’s okay. We had a problem with the water in our bathroom though – the shower only had either super hot or freezing cold water, nothing in between. That was a big downside!

You don't get what you pay for. The massage I ordered was a classical 50 mins and I got 30 mins, so yes, service is near zero. Would not go there again, plenty of other places to spend money. And additionally when you say something on the reception you get shrugged shoulders :) so yes, my last visit
