International Garden Hotel Narita

Exceeded expectations for the price. The hotel has a charming 1990s vibe that feels nostalgic and classic—my kids absolutely loved it. While the style is a bit retro, everything is exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There is a small 7-11 at the lobby. Breakfast was a little lively due to a tour group, but the food was fresh, tasty, and more than enough for everyone. Overall, a pleasant stay. Recommend

Great hotel! I stayed here for a next day flight, but it certainly could be used to stay for travel within the area very easily. Regular shuttles to the airport, nearby station, and other, it is convenient even without a car. Also, if you are staying here, you can park for a nominal fee. Free gym usage, (small but sufficient), convenience store on site, restaurant too. The rooms are a nice size when compared to downtown Tokyo. No real complaints. I gave the room 4 stars only because I save 5 stars for outstanding. I gave the location 4 stars only because walking in this area is more like trekking. Otherwise, check it out!

Staff was so rude and impolite. My company did Booking for 02 rooms where in my colleague was affraid to stay in her room so we decided to share room at first we checked for twin bed room where they said they are fully booked then we asked them to put extra bed in room where in Mr. Gautam said he will charge us when I refused he told he can provide thick blanket ! I literally don’t know what standards this hotel is providing to the guest and where in staff is at all not co-operative. Think wisely before booking this property staff demands money for anything and everything.
