*⭐ International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites – Elegant Stay with Small Downsides* *🛏️ Room & Comfort* Spacious, clean, and well-furnished room. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom had a luxurious feel. Minor signs of aging in some details, but overall very good. *🍽️ Dining* Breakfast offered a large variety and high quality. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and professional service. However, some parts were not perfect like a broken juice machine. *🎲 Casino & Amenities* The casino is large, lively, and well-managed. Poker 1/3 EUR is offered. The rooftop-infinity-pool was a highlight, clean, relaxing, and with a stunning view over Golden Sands - entrance being included for hotel guests. *🤝 Staff & Service* Generally friendly and professional staff. Front desk service was fast and helpful, *📍 Location* Perfectly located right by the beach and the Golden Sands promenade. Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, yet the hotel remains quiet and peaceful inside. *Overall:* A *very good 5-star hotel* experience that deserves a *solid 4-star rating* due to a few inconsistencies. Still highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable stay in Golden Sands. *Rating:* ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Very nice staff, and a lot of food choices. The breakfast was amazing, the dinner not so fresh, but maybe I’m wrong. Anyway a lot of food chooses for dinner too. Extremely good service from the staff. Rooms need a bit to be renovated. Overall pleasant experience.

We were disappointed with the hygiene and service quality during our stay. • The cotton buds provided in the room were moldy and greasy. Despite reporting this to reception, no replacement was delivered. • The windows were dirty, with visible fingerprints from previous guests on the inside. • In our baby’s cot, instead of a pillow, we found a towel folded in half. • The “superior” room offered as compensation was actually smaller, lacked a third bed, and had combined toilet and bathroom, unlike our original room which was more spacious and better equipped. • There was an easy solution available (connecting door to a free room), but the staff refused to provide it. Overall, this experience reflected poor management and a lack of proper attention to guests’ needs.
