Nice, quiet and clean hotel with the nice location not too far and not too close to the city center. Delicious meals, a bit repetitive, but still nice. Spacious room, and the most important thing SPOTLESS! F & B sector nice, the waiters are fast, kind and nice. Girls in the bar near reception are so fast that u get your coffee in minute or two depends on how crowded it is. The reception desk, rec. Bleona kind, nice, polite, and always with a smile on her face, good listener and ready to answer all your questions.
I stayed here for a longer period, because I followed an summer school and the lectures were held in the conference room. The food was pretty okay, variety in food the first few days was good. After that it didn't change that much. I stayed here for a longer time so after a while I got bored of the food they served. Nice clean rooms, nice pool area and lovely staff that speak well English and are always open to have little chat! From my room I had an amazing view on the mountains and a part of the city. It was my favorite part of the hotel at night.
Staff was great but I had multiple issues with water, electricity and air conditioning.
