Liked the hotel very much and overall the holiday was a success. The hotel is on the seafront. Everything is close by - palm promenade and lots of restaurants. We arrived at 11am exhausted after travelling for over 24 hours from Ukraine. We were kindly checked in as soon as we arrived. All the staff are very friendly. Good breakfasts for all preferences. But the most important thing is the sea, which here is very warm and calm and ideal for holidays with children.
I am coming to the end of an almost month-long stay at this hotel. A big congratulations to the staff and service. Above all, the staff, reception and managers stood up to the highest standard with problem solving and dealing with various issues and needs. This hotel should be the first hotel you choose in high season or low season. Open to your needs, open minds and hearts. Thank you for this wonderful experience. I wish the renovation was successful and that it only gets better! Big applause for the varied breakfast including delicious scrambled eggs. The rooms were cleaned perfectly every time. A big thank you to the whole team!
Terrible experience We came from Romania and stayed at 4 different locations in Italy, and unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience. The room smelled bad from the moment we entered. The soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken, there was rust everywhere, and we even found hair on the bathroom floor. The walls were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was extremely poor. In the parking lot, there’s a palm tree right in the middle which makes it very difficult to park, and they still charge you an additional fee to park there. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. Even though we had booked a double room for two people, we were forced to pay extra for the second guest. They claim this is a 4-star hotel, but honestly, it doesn’t even deserve 2. It’s a total disappointment and absolutely not worth the money. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it if you want to enjoy your stay in Italy.
