בוודאי! הנה גרסה מתאימה לפרסום ביקורת ב־Google באנגלית – ברורה, עניינית, עם איזון בין החיובי והשלילי: ⭐ 3/5 – Great location and spa, but some disturbing issues The hotel's location is excellent – right next to Iasi’s main mall and within walking distance of the Palace of Culture. Free parking nearby is a big plus. The front desk staff and concierge are friendly and helpful – especially the concierge team who go above and beyond. The spa is a highlight: large indoor swimming pool, strong jacuzzi, dry and wet sauna – all very clean and well maintained. I also had an excellent massage, including a proper reflexology session (the only one who ever managed to really do it right for me!). However, there were several unpleasant surprises: The air conditioning resets itself at night with a loud bell-like sound – wakes you up like a school bell. Upon arrival, we found a woman’s underwear hanging on the radiator – not something you expect in a cleaned room. Weak water pressure in some rooms. A hotel technician entered our room with his key card while we were sleeping – without knocking or warning. Completely unacceptable. Breakfast was okay – good baguette, coffee quality depends on who prepares it. Restaurants around the hotel feel overpriced or pretentious – better to check online for real recommendations. Bottom line: great location, friendly staff, and a solid spa – but cleanliness, maintenance, and guest privacy must be improved.

This is definitely NOT a 4 * hotel. I don't think it meets the standards for a 2 * hotel, either. In my opinion, those stars are just for decoration, they don't have anything to do with any rating. Why? Cleanliness, sanitary condition, friendly staff, working bathrooms are missing at this hotel. Only the location is worth something, if you don't have to spend the day in the hotel. The moldy smell, the filthy carpets, among other little issues like a shower head that is not fully attached and takes you by surprise, will ruin your stay. Not to mention the bathrooms and the possibility of bringing home little insect friends. Upon arrival, I specifically requested a room where the AC is turned on and working because the temperature outside was 34C ( 93.2F). What I received: a room with an opened window, with an inside temperature of 28C (82F), a moldy smell, and unbearable humidity. The front desk response, using an annoyed tone: "The windows are opened because customers are complaining about the smell in the rooms. Also, the AC cannot work if the room card is not placed in the central location. This is how things work here. If you just wait for a while, the room will cool down" -> Not a 4* hotel experience by far. A bad first day turned into second day with a black cockroach walking happily around the room. Not something unknown by the staff of the hotel, and, the answer, using the same annoyed tone: "We know, other guests have complained about them. Can we see a picture? How many did you see? It's summer, there's nothing we can do." After presenting the evidence, I was moved to a new room. The staff who assisted me with the move asked me to point at the cockroach, so that he can take a picture. The administration asked about it. The question did make me smile. I couldn't provide the live evidence, just the picture that I took before I had to "take care" of my problem.

Impossible to sleep here + the phones don't work. There is an outdoor concert venue across the street which blasts music at about 100dB until 10pm and three nightclubs which play music loud enough to be able to hear it even with earplugs in until 3am, even on Sundays! Tried calling reception, but apparently the phone doesn't work. Finally spoke to the staff in person, who confirmed that that's how it is, nothing to do about it. If your plan is to sleep, don't stay here. Breakfast was also a huge disappointment. All I wanted was a coffee, but that proved to be too much to ask. Coffee machine was not working, so I asked the staff what to do, and they told me I would have to order it, which I did: never came. Nobody ever came to my table to take any order or to deliver the coffee. I had a meeting to go to so in the end I just left and bought one on the way. Terrible service.
