Staying at this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve had! The atmosphere is cozy , the rooms are spotless and comfortable, with beautiful views Most importantly, the staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive. Huge thanks to every team member for their professionalism and hospitality – always ready to help with a smile. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Comfy modern hotel, love the decking and the bar lounge with great views of the mountain. Rooms are fine. Staff were mixed - We had a lovely, friendly bar tender serving us at dinner. We felt we chose the best hotel in the area and super happy with our choice. Would recommend
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The price for the room was 350 GEL, which does not match the quality of services provided. • There was no hot water in the room. • The bathroom door was broken. • No real service: the staff understood Russian but refused to communicate or assist. • On Booking the price was listed as 320 GEL, but on arrival it turned out to be higher. • Breakfast was very poor — most of the food was gone quickly. • There was no first aid kit in the hotel, which should be a standard. The only positive points were the view from the window and the work of the waitress in the restaurant, who was friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel does not justify its price or declared level. I would not recommend staying here.
