Inturotel Cala Esmeralda Beach Hotel & Spa Adults Only

This is truly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The location is perfect—so much so that it feels more like a five-star experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean and offers a wide range of services. The food is delicious, though slightly on the oily side; however, since many dishes are grilled in front of you, you can easily customize how they're prepared. The desserts are on another level—absolutely outstanding. The staff is incredibly kind and professional, and the spa provides a wonderfully relaxing experience. I'm genuinely so happy with this stay and will definitely return. While Cala Esmeralda can get quite busy, there are several beautiful nearby calas you can reach on foot for a more peaceful escape. It's worth noting that this area is designed more for relaxation than nightlife, but if you have a car, you can drive to Palma for evening activities.

We stayed here for 6 nights, we had the sea view room and then for our last two nights upgraded to the suite with a pool. Both amazing rooms, so nice and clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. The 3 pools were awesome especially the one overlooking the beach. We also appreciated the indoor pool during a cloudy day. It was a short ten minute walk to some restaurants and shops and about 20 minute walk to the marina. The food here was also amazing, no complaints.

The hotel is nice and clean and relatively recently refurbished. The beach bar and pool associated with the hotel are very nice, Armando who has had some bad reviews, was very nice to us. The rooms are compact for this price range but very well appointed and the sea view rooms are excellent. Don’t waste money on the premium rooms you only really get a higher floor. You actually get a coffee machine and a different selection of drinks but none are included. My only real annoyance after spending almost €10k for 3 rooms for the family was that there is nowhere to get drinking water in this hotel without buying a can at a time from the bar. Even if you water for the kettle or coffee machine you have to buy small bottles and use them to fill it up? Seems very odd for a hotel in this price bracket. You can’t even take a bottle into the gym and fill it up officially although I did see people sneakily filling bottles at break fast and in the gym. It’s was disappointing after everything else was nice. Even the staff think it’s an odd management decision. Otherwise would have probably been a five star review.
