Exceptional Stay – Style, Comfort, and Service in Perfect Balance Our stay at INX Design Hotel exceeded all expectations. The interior design is modern and elegant, blending comfort with artistic flair. Every detail—from the stylish lobby to the thoughtfully decorated rooms—reflects a clear sense of taste and quality. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always eager to help. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the entire hotel felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The location is ideal, offering easy access to key sights while remaining peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was varied and delicious, catering to all preferences with care and freshness. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined, worry-free stay in Kraków. We will definitely return.
Pros- Very nice hotel with easy taxi/tram access. Attentive and friendly staff, professional maids. Cons- The breakfast could be a lot better for the high price, but there are multiple places within a 5 minute walk. I recommend giving the hotel a try.
The hotel was accommodating with booking a second room unexpectedly. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is good. The gym is ok. Housekeeping is good. The location is a bit far from the train station but close enough to old town and the river.
