IP Casino Resort Spa Biloxi

The food at the café on the main floor was legit horrible. I was so excited to have fresh shrimp on the gulf and it was fishy as hell. The order was messed up and it was something id never spend money on. Now for the positive!! The floor bar staff was amazing and very hospitable. Now the pool staff was the real winners. Cory and Alyssa were amazing employees that went above and beyond. The hotel should know how much of an asset they are to their brand. Corey needs to get paid more for the amazing service and how much he gets stiffed my rude guests. Also Alyssa handled so many difficult situations, with complete professionalism and tack. I've worked in the industry for 30 years and she has a presence of a seasoned veteran. People with the ethic are worth everything. Pay them more.

I’m a local & this was my first time having a service in the spa. Friendly staff, very clean. Tiffany cut/styled my hair. She was awesome!! She’s an experienced hairdresser & taught me a few things about what to do with my hair. Highly recommend her!! Nice comfortable experience!!

We booked a room, the room itself was the best part of this experience but don’t let that fool you. This casino has the flat out most disrespectful staff I have ever dealt with. Their dealers are absolutely awful and bitter. The hotel staff and front desk staff were great. Your dealers are so bad I feel the need to shine a spotlight on the only good experience I had and that was with Tom. He was great and very friendly. The players card is awful compared to their competitors. I regularly spend time at casinos around the area, this is my first visit to IP and it will be my last. Your smaller competitors provide a much better, more friendly atmosphere. IP seriously needs to work on their customer service skills. Absolutely avoid this place unless you’re only looking for a hotel room.
