This property is amazing. Has everything you will need for your trip. The owner is a wonderful kind person. Always their response is so fast. I have been coming to Florida for years and this place has been the best. I will not stay anywhere else. I'm coming back in October. Highly recommended. The private pool was icing on the cake. The owner has so much security regarding pool safety. Highly recommend for younger children no worries. Very children friendly. We stayed here in October 2022 and had the most amazing time. The villa is home from home with everything you could possibly need. Very spacious, clean and homely. The pool area is also fantastic. Carrie was so thoughtful and helpful before, during and after our stay. She even left balloons and a birthday card for my daughters 5th birthday which was during our stay. The information booklet has all the information you could possibly and is very self explanatory. We had an issue one night where my daughter played with the lock on her bedroom door and was locked in but after a quick phone call to the management company it was resolved. There was also supposed to be a dryer for our clothes but I couldn’t find it anywhere, messaged Carrie and 2 days later one was delivered with Carrie keeping me informed the whole time. the location is in a lovely estate with a club house with pool and gym and all just a walk away. We never used it but was nice to know it was there. The pharmacy (which we used a lot!) was also just at the top of the estate so very useful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, in fact we will be when we return in the future. Carrie was a wonderful host and I would 100% recommend this villa for your stay.

The place was clean and modern, in the perfect location to relax away from the chaos of disney, but still surrounded by shops and restaurants. The communication from Carrie the host was exceptional, with instruction videos on all the bits we would need to know, a guidebook, tips and tricks for the local area - really outstanding stuff. Pool and spa were great, nice way to spend an evening or a rest day. Kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything you would have at home, smart TVs in every room. The place is perfect.
