The location is excellent, situated right next to Berlin Airport. The room is fantastic and includes everything you need, such as a kitchen with an electric hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and essential appliances like a kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. However, one major downside is that they charge €25 per day for parking, which I find disgraceful.
Stayed at ipartment Berlin Airport and arrived by car free parking was conveniently available right in front of the hotel. There was no reception and no staff on-site; everything was fully automated, which worked fine. For the price, the room was very nice and everything functioned as expected. Clean, modern, and efficient.
The rooms were clean. It was close to the airport (but still hard to get to). Other than that I found ipartment a total dehumanizing scam. Everything was completed automated. Self check-in, and checkout, snackbar / coffee area without humans. No reception, just a hotline in another city. They gave me the wrong information about the shuttle service and couldn't even tell me where breakfast was located (it was in the fridge). Shuttle runs from 3:00 til 00:15, the hotline attendant told me 23:00. I ended up paying 45€ for an Uber for a hotel 5 minutes away. Shuttle stop is not communicated anywhere. This is an example of an popup "luxury" Hotel without hospitalality, without a human face. My whole experience left me feeling kind of sad.
