Iphigenia Mythic Retreat

We stayed at Iphigenia Mystic Retreat a couple of weeks ago with friends and had the most amazing relaxing week. From the moment we arrived Marianna and Christos were so warm and welcoming we knew it was going to be a lovely week. They really were the best hosts and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed spending time around the pool, bar and relaxing on the daybeds watching coconut (the dog) running around the place. Loved the frozen cocktails in the heat, the food cooked by Christos was amazing and his Greek salads were so delicious, the best we had. We loved the area only a 10 minute walk to the clear blue seas, it really was the perfect place to stay We hope to return sometime x Marianna I won’t attach our karaoke duet 😂

We are just back from an absolutely fantastic week staying at the Iphigenia Mystic Retreat with 4 other friends. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome, Marianna and Chris are great hosts, nothing is too much trouble and the food served by Chris very delicious (Greek salad the best of the week!) Cocktails delicious too, we loved relaxing around the pool area which is extremely comfortable, quiet and relaxing. Rooms are simple, spacious and clean, bathrooms are bijou but perfectly adequate. Great to have a full sized fridge and the aircon was very good too. The hotel is perfectly placed for walking into Hersonissos, visiting the lovely beaches and very easy to get taxis to nearby villages (we loved Koutouloufari) Overall a brilliant week, we were sad to leave and hope to return again.

What a fantastic couple running such a relaxing retreat! Everything was very clean and fresh, the greeting you receive is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble! Food was excellent, drinks (especially the cocktails) are 5* thank you both! We will return x
