iQ Hotel Firenze

The nicest hotel I have stayed at. The service was wonderful. The room was perfect with an amazing bath (it had jets). Lots of space for clothes. A nice safe! It was perfect. And had ac :) the pool was wonderful (small but was okay because it wasn’t busy). Spa was free, fridge food was free, you get a free drink with your stay, they have bag storage for when u can’t check in right away, a door man who helps you with your bags if you need! It was beautiful inside! I saw someone said it didn’t look like the picture, it really does. They took the main pic from the pool area (where u see glass windows). 10/10 loved it. Will stay again in the future when back!

We stayed at the iQ Hotel Fireze for three nights but the staff made us feel like old friends. This morning as we were getting ready to leave even the cleaning and maintenance staff wished us a good morning with a genuine smile. The restaurant staff is also super friendly. I didn't mind that the hotel was located off a touristy street because it was easy to get to the tram and bus stop located at Piazza San Marco. It is also an easy walk straight down the street to the shopping area near the Duomo. The rooms are adequate in size and really clean. Our room had a bathtub with hydro jets and mood lighting to help you relax after a day of exploring. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant twice. It is a good value at €12 per person. There is a large and varied selection which is replenished throughout the breakfast service. There is a plunge pool on the 1st floor and nice outdoor seating area by the restaurant and bar. My only minor gripe is that there are steps from the street to the lobby which means you have to carry your bags up the stairs. There is some street noise from the tram and motorcycles/scooters but it isn't that disturbing. The air conditioning works well even in the extremely hot weather and the water pressure is good in the bath/shower. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use for €4 each and an iron with ironing board. There is also an ice machine. The free snacks and drinks in the minibar are a nice touch but if you want something more there is a reasonably priced vending machine with snacks and coffee.

Had a brilliant stay at this hotel. Staff were all so lovely. Room was clean and had a stocked mini bar which was complimentary which was great to have a fresh drink after a day of sightseeing. The facilities were brilliant and the hotel pool and spa were excellent. We would definitely come back. Thank you.
