My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The buffet was a definite highlight. It offered a great variety of dishes, well-prepared, and nicely presented, ensuring something for everyone. Overall, the excellent accommodation, warm service, and impressive buffet made my stay memorable. I would happily recommend this hotel to others.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend My stay at VITS was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, especially from a customer service standpoint. My stay was booked for 14 days and found the hotel’s rules to be extremely rigid and customer-unfriendly. For instance, outside food was completely prohibited. While some hotels have similar policies, they usually show some empathy toward guests staying for long durations — occasionally allowing exceptions. Unfortunately, VITS showed zero flexibility or understanding. Even when I tried to bring in food just for a change of taste, they insisted I discard it at the main gate. To make matters worse, the staff — including the guards at the entrance and receptionists — were outright rude and dismissive throughout my stay. There was no sense of hospitality or effort to make the guest feel welcome or comfortable. I had also booked dinner at the hotel but after a long workday, I requested to have my meal in my room. Even that was flatly denied. Apparently, you're expected to eat the hotel’s food, in the dining area, every single day for two weeks — no exceptions. Eventually i checked out of this hotel before my scheduled end date. I will never return to this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone, especially for extended stays.
Extremely Disappointing and Frustrating Experience We stayed at this hotel for 3 days (Check-in: 13-08-2025, Check-out: 16-08-2025), and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the start, the entire stay was marred by a complete lack of coordination among the staff. No one seemed to have the correct information, and different team members would give us conflicting details constantly. Breakfast was included in our package, and one day we decided to have lunch as well. The chaos began there—one staff member said lunch would cost ₹2000 per day, another said ₹999 + GST, and yet another came later saying ₹1500 + GST. It was extremely confusing and unprofessional, and no one seemed to know the actual pricing. Upon check-in, despite having paid half the amount in advance during booking, we were asked to make the full payment again—which we did. But during checkout, we were told that the payment had not gone through in their system. The staff were rude and accusatory, and insisted on us paying again. Since we were rushing for our flight, we had no choice but to make the payment a second time. They assured us that the duplicate payment would be refunded once they confirmed the initial transaction—but this whole situation was both stressful and unacceptable. To make matters worse, we initially booked for 2 days and later extended our stay by a day. We paid for the extension immediately, yet we received a call telling us it was our checkout day. Absolutely no internal communication! Overall, the lack of team coordination, rude behaviour, and mismanagement made our stay incredibly tiring and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Even a 2-star hotel would offer better service and organization than this one
