Irida Resort

Just spent a few blissfully relaxing and quiet days, making the most of a long bank holiday weekend and the sunshine. The hotel itself is in a wonderful coastal location, surrounded by nature and beautiful gardens, the owners ever so gentle and kind, the rooms very well quipped, spacious and comfortable (amazing bed, slept so well), just my shower room was on the small side but even that was not an issue, it was perfectly functional and adequate. Loved the generous homemade breakfasts too. If you are visiting this part of the world, Irida is a great choice.

I had a great time here with my partner and kids. , mountain bikes for riding , beach across the road with aqua blue , it can get a bit wavey but the experience is nice big gardens here and a kitchen for bed and breakfast , with freshly cooked meals daily .. very relaxing and you can stay in different style rooms to suit a layout that you like . There is a major town nearby Kyparissia for all your needs that a small city has to offer . I stayed here for a week no problem

Stopped by with my wife expecting more considering the price, but was disappointed with what we got for$180 euros per night without breakfast. When up the street was a much nicer newer resort with breakfast and beach chairs for less money. Where the resort is the beach is no good, it's quiet area but the rooms are dated. Our hosts were gracious, but no TV the first night, and coffee maker didn't work. The wifi was ridiculous. He told us we can sit outside where the signal is stronger i said no way. We went through 3 or 4 different passwords. Finally complained and he brought the router the next day Costa fixed everything eventually but not the price. The bathroom is the smallest I've ever been in, you have to step in the shower to close the door so you can use the toilet. It does have 2 nice balconies and they did have a complimentary SMALL bottle of wine. The place was just okay not the kind of place you'll say I want to visit again.
