The most luxurious and beautiful hotels in Taif. Every corner features fine art. Deserves five stars. And the kindness of the hotel staff, especially the reservations manager, Ms. Mashael, and her colleagues. The ease of entry procedures and everyone’s cooperation with you gives you beauty beyond imagination
Very bad experience with this hotel Same poor communication, hospitality and attitude. That never changes with them. After 4 years from my last bad experience, they never even think to develop themselves and their service. Very bad attitude. If you decided to arrange meeting or any occasion with them, you might find out that if you didn’t like anything, you can’t complain, they will treat you like you are working for them 😂 Not recommended at all
