Enjoying a 7 say stay here in a 1 bedroom apt. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, a big TV and ample of storage area. The room also has a big patio door that leads down a hallway. The only drawback of that is the curtains do not go all the way to the end do you get the light from the bulbs outside shining in all night. There is a couch you can sleep on and I'm told it's comfortable by my travel mate but it is not a pull out couch. There is a very small functioning kitchen however it is missing a few things like a toaster and a blender like many other places offer. The fan for stove does not work properly and is very low so can be cumbersome while cooking. The microwave is really high above the fridge and is REALLY hard to get to. The staff is AMAZING 👏 they are friendly and makes sure you have all you need. I would consider staying here again in future but maybe in a penthouse.

I recently stayed at this hotel during my vacation in Tulum, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. From the moment I entered the room, I was greeted by a strong, unpleasant sewage smell coming from the plumbing. It was so bad that it was noticeable from the bedroom, which made the stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the room was not properly cleaned. There was dust on the furniture, and the bathroom was so horrendous, I couldn't believe it had been cleaned at all. The condition of the bathroom was unacceptable for a place charging what it did. The plumbing issues didn’t stop at the smell — the water you can't even brush your teeth- it tasted bad, which was incredibly off-putting. And to top it all off, I discovered bed bugs, which made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, I had plans to enjoy my time there, but I couldn’t overlook these serious issues. I wouldn't return. It’s a shame because Tulum is beautiful, but this experience really took away from the enjoyment. I would suggest looking for alternative accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, proper maintenance, and a comfortable environment.

Stayed here for my bachelorette trip because it was rated the safest/best area in Tulum. However, I can't seem to agree with that after our visit here. The good: the food at the restaurant was really good and so were the drinks. The space was big enough to accommodate a large group. The bad: the rooms didn't feel clean and always had a sewage smell (lots of construction in the area too). And lastly, the THEFT that happened during our stay. On one of our cleaning days, several of our valuables were stolen. Unfortunately, the owner and manager of the hotel have not been very eager to help us resolve this so we wanted to warn everyone before booking their stay- KEEP YOUR STUFF with you or don't stay here at all. Management keeps saying that this has never happened before but that doesn't mean it can NEVER happen. Of course no "security" measures are flawless, however, when an issue like this is brought to your attention, the last thing you should do is make the customer feel like they're out of their wits for saying that this has happened. Their staff (whether it be front desk or cleaning crew) had full access to our rooms so it could only be hotel staff that went through our belongings. I truly hate that I have to write this review but I want others to be aware that there may not be reviews of bad experiences because management may possibly try to bribe people into not leaving a review at all. Save your time and money, stay at a regular hotel near the hotel zone and don't let your guard down.
