Iris Houses

I spent a week with my family in June, for me it was the first time in Sardinia. The new residence, well-kept, very clean, very functional and convenient for the center of San Teodoro as well as for the various beaches. Elena a great resource, always available and exquisite. For us it was an unforgettable week!

Spacious and comfortable apartment for 2 people, located in a group of apartments called "yellow houses" that has its own parking. It has a veranda equipped with a table and chairs and a garden shared with the other apartments. The only flaw is the walls that separate the apartments, they are very thin and do not isolate from the possible noise of the other tenants.

We stayed at this apartment for two days, and let me tell you, the whole experience was a bit of a mess. Getting the keys was like trying to solve a puzzle, and oh boy, they actually charged us extra for sheets and towels. Can you believe that? Now, when it comes to supplies, it was a total disappointment. No soap, not even for washing dishes, and guess what? They wanted us to clean up everything before leaving. And don't even get me started on the whole key return and deposit situation. We had to hang around from 10 to 11 waiting for this lady who wouldn't even answer her phone. Such a waste of time! Long story short, our stay at this place was far from smooth sailing, thanks to the messed-up management, extra charges, and the lack of basic stuff. Just hoping others don't have to deal with the same headaches we did.
