Stayed in a renovated bungalow. Sonia was very helpful with our accommodations and provided great service. The pools throughout the resort are amazing. Great food with the all inclusive program. Nice, clean beach area. Will definitely return.

WORST resort in Colombia! I feel terrible I took my overseas visitors to Colombia’s worst hotel! To begin with, customer service through their WhatsApp line is hopeless. They’re only quick to communicate if it’s for sorting out the deposit payment. At the end of a terrible 5 days I was charged for taxes when I am also an Australian citizen residing overseas. Arguing with them was just pointless. This is the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Every single worker is absolutely rude and bitter. When booking a tennis court the guy on the phone was so difficult to talk to and rude, he even hang up on me when I said I didn’t need a caddy. Unbelievable! Bars and drinks were terrible and have no atmosphere whatsoever. Food is probably the worst part, this a 1 star all inclusive place. Crowds flowing at eating times to stuff themselves with the worst quality of food. Breakfast is also a fiasco, very limited options and coffee is disgusting!!! There’s no music, no fun activities, no shows no nothing! Edwin the guy that gets taxis and stuff needs to improve his horrible attitude. AVOID

Good location and fine rooms but the service was horrid after our checkout we were told we could have drinks and lunch but after we did that they came back with a check for our drinks mind you we paid 5 million COP for the "all included” plan after we went to complain to the receptionist who made the claims we could have drinks and lunch he told us we could only have “soft drinks” like a soda or water which he had not specified before when we were on our way to lunch. Keep your money and find better in Santa Marta
