Irvine Marriott

This hotel is very nice, but it pales in comparison to the staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful and as someone who also works in hospitality, this is such a breath of fresh air. I wanted to specifically mention that the restaurant staff in the morning were absolutely wonderful! I'd also like to say that Stephanie at front desk was very sweet and has a way with how she speaks with guests! Last, but certainly not least, I'd like to add that Christian from overnight at front desk was stellar! Overnight can be pretty exhausting so his smile and friendly attitude was the highlight of my night. Thank you so much to everyone in the staff for their help and stellar conduct! I would highly recommend and will be staying again in the future!

I loved my stay at this Marriott! Clean rooms and updated amenities throughout. The customer service and hospitality from the front desk was unbeatable. They always had a smile and were accommodating and friendly. Fresh fruit infused water available daily. Modern lobby with a pool table and a Starbucks (although I wish it was open later!) The pool and hot tub were great - clean and well maintained. They have a giant movie screen and the ambiance is amazing. We spent a lot of time by the poolside. This will now be my go to hotel in the Costa Mesa/Irvine area.

We came for the 4th of July weekend and wanted a hotel central and easy to get to. From valet, to the front desk, the bar, hospitality and coffee shop the service was exceptional. Alicia and Sandra run the coffee shop and every day they were the best! They both have superb customer service, they were kind to our kids and so patient with customers and ordering. They made our mornings very special. The decor of hotel is stunning, the pool is hip and warm and fun and the rooms are clean! We will definitely be back!
