Is Serenas Badesi Resort

Serena Badessi Resort is a beautiful, spacious village with amazing football, padel, and tennis courts. The Prestige pool and bar close from 1–3 PM, and the pool stays open until 7 Pm so you get to relax on their schedule! Meals are served on set times: breakfast from 7:30 to 10, lunch 12:30 to 2, and dinner 7:30 to 9, with small snacks available in between. The real highlight was Antonio, the best animator ever! His energy and enthusiasm made every moment fun and unforgettable. Thanks to him, the whole resort felt alive and welcoming.Thanks Antonio.

The hotel was very nice! We really enjoyed our vacation at Is Serenas Badesi Resort. The best thing was the Entertainment!!! The great animators were amazing to other kids. You could put them almost the whole day in the club 😅. Every day they had different programs: For small children and teenagers. Every single evening they made different acts like a theatre or a musical and more than anything. The dance, the music, the singing and the beautiful voices felt just like a dream and you could fall enchanted. We had to laugh, to cry, to scream and what else. It was the biggest and best adventure which I‘ve ever experienced. It was just a joy to be there! All animators were awesome, amazing and so talented 🥰. Congratulations 🥳! The food was delicious and phenomenal especially: Pasta al Pomodoro! The service was great and the greatest part of the Restaurant was, that you could take a seat everywhere!! The All inclusive resort is very recommended, because you don‘t have to take your wallet with you only your room card, if you want to buy something not including in the price. In our room, nothing necessary missed, but the ants were terrible! But fortunately the service came and killed them. At our last point is the location. The location of the Resort is an isolated area where mostly only guest come to enjoy their vacations or holidays! There are lots of things to do which you‘re able to use. Sincerely, Viterbo ❤️

Would go again again. Italians are rude. We were outcasts for the duration of our visit no one could speak English so it was very hard to communicate Nothing for Miles so couldn't go anywhere unless you hire a car. Rooms were clean. But for a 4 star hotel I expected water to be replenished everyday you got some on your first day that was it. Temperature was 30 degrees on majority of days so if you take a refillable bottle I'd suggest filling it up and taking it with you to the hotel or no drinks in middle of the night. Were given coffee for coffee machine but no milk. Asked for milk but gave us more coffee. They charge you tourist tax. 2 euros per person per day. Was charged for 5 year old. Went back to challenge them. Only to be shouted at in Italian!!! Entertainment starts at 9pm so that was a no go with a little one. We did manage one night but went home as it was all in Italian. Had a singer who sang in English??? But spoke in Italian honestly very weird. Won't go back
