A true journey through time – an unforgettable stay! Wonderful hotel. The decor and furniture transport you to another era. The handcrafted wooden furnishings in Ottoman style are absolutely stunning. The entire team is genuinely attentive and caring. The hammam also takes you back in time — a must-experience moment. The massages are amazing. We highly recommend this hotel, and the location is just perfect. And of course, the breakfast: varied, beautifully prepared, and truly delicious! The hotel is amazing! We had free access to the Hammam and used it every day. The staff was absolutely friendly and helpful, the breakfast is oppulent. The location is perfect, quiet and right next to the beautiful Emperors Mosque, the Latin Bridge and the At Meidan park. I will definitely stay there again!
Not worth the money The hotel is centrally located and the building beautiful. The staff was with one exception friendly. Unfortunately, my room was next to the road and quite noisy(no change possible, I was told that ,,Sarajevo is a noisy city”). One could smell the clogged plumbing from the bathroom and the Hammam had a moldy ceiling.
