We had a great stay here. No problems with toilets or hot water. A bit of noise was present from the nearby businesses but not enough that we couldn't sleep. They clean well and it smells so good. The breakfast is not buffet but a la carte. They tell you the choices and you make your order. Juice, coffee, fruit, bread, arepas, cheese and eggs a few different ways are all part of the breakfast. Order your eggs with chorizo, super delicious. The only thing I would ask them to change is that if there are 2 people staying in the room then have 2 coffee cups and coffee for both. In our room there was one cup and one pack of coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

The service is good but the rooms are not very comfortable there's so much noise coming from outside, The world and the windows are very thin. Front desk staff are helpful and organized. Pros: coffee in the room, welcoming cocktail, situated beside a very nice shopping center, hot top on the top floor, safe . I will consider going back. Cons: issues with the window, noise from outside at night and construction noisw in the day

Jacuzzi not working. (Was not informed it wasn’t while booking it)Was offered a room without balcony but with a jacuzzi in the room that wasn’t working either. Room were spacious with a kitchenette. Toilets had issues every time they were used. Small ants in the bathroom. Tub had issues with drainage as well. Receptionist informed me that cleaning the room had an extra charge which surprised me because I had never been charged for it anywhere else and then the next day I was informed by another lady that there wasn’t an extra charge so I received conflicting information.
