Had a five night stay enjoyed very much. Very clean hotel and the rooms are very large with awesome lighting, internet speed is awesome, nice large flat screen and good access to AC plugs for your electronic devices. Staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Mexico city which is directly across from the W.T.C.
The room and staff were great. Always clean and tidy, attention to detail. It was loud on the weekend nights between the honking cars outside and the club next door that was bumpin’… black out curtains did help with light and some noise, but kept us up one night for sure.
For starters, the building feature on all pictures is not the hotel. It is the World Trade centre across the street. I found that to be very deceiving. The rooms are as shown in the pictures. The front desk people are not very friendly and not flexible at all. When I checked in I didn’t get my room key right away, not sure why. I had to come downstairs to pick it up later. Never happened to me at a hotel before. The staff don’t speak English. Also,I tried calling to order dinner and no one at the front desk picked up so I gave up. The TV volume kept going off not sure why.
