Excellent hotel . Very comfortable. Next door to the palace of Ildefonso. 5 km from the center of Segovia.

The hotel is centrally located and accessible. The room was spacious and bright. The service was good, and the breakfast was decent.

4-star hotel without hot water for showering from 8pm on Saturday until 8:30am on Sunday. We called on Saturday afternoon to ask about hot water and the person at the reception didn't know anything and didn't even call to say if they would fix it or not. I have been in pensions with better customer service. In the morning at checkout they tell me that I have to pay and the room was already paid for. The receptionist tells us that they came to fix the water on Saturday night but that it takes 12 hours to heat up, come on, quite incredible, then she tells us that if we return they will give us a better room. We won't be back, that's for sure. If you have a hot water problem that you cannot resolve within 12 hours, the client is financially compensated, because I have paid double the price for being a Saturday night but I have not been able to shower. On the other hand, there were weedy hairs on the bathroom floor, slightly chipped cups and a damp wall facing the street. The closet doors are difficult to open. I don't recommend it at all.
